Edinburgh based professional looking for a room.

Hello. To introduce a little about myself, I am in my mid twenties, I have lived in Edinburgh for six months and work as an events/marketing coordinator for an arts charity based in Leith. My current flat mate is moving to London and I am on the look out for a lovely new place to stay. I work Mon-Fri full time, on evenings I like to cook, go to the gym. Weekends I like to relax, go for a coffee or food, I am a bit of a netflix buff and sometimes like to go away and visit my friends or family.

I am a clean and tidy person in my own space and with all communal spaces. (not OCD!)- but I think it is important to chip in to do my bit with bathroom, kitchen cleaning, taking out the bins, buying household products etc... in general I am a very easy going person. My budget is around ?475 inc. bills. Preferably, I am looking to move on a longer term basis due to a secure job and the fact that I love this city and would like to stay here! And living with a friendly, open person would be ideal. :)
