Double Room near Murrayfield

Available from 1st February, a good sized double room in a nice quiet area of Murrayfield, just around the corner from the Zoo. Only a small wardrobe in the room but there is extra storage in the hall cupboards.

Large fully furnished shared living room, TV has Freeview and Blu-ray/DVD player. Kitchen has all white goods and necessary utensils. Shared toilet has a shower and a bath.

I'm a 35 year old laid back friendly guy, who likes various sports, going out now and again, chilling out with a DVD or the t. v. Also like to share a bottle of wine and/or beer now and again.

I'm looking for a friendly, reliable and easy going flatmate, who will share responsibility of looking after someone else's property. Must be considerate of the neighbours in the block as well.

Very close to Balgreen tram stop and major bus routes (including Citylink routes) on Corstorphine Road.

Corner shops 5 min walk away. Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Sainsburys are 5-10 minutes in the car or a 20-25 minute walk.

Free off-street parking.

Rent - £325, paid on the 1st of each month
(includes Room, Council Tax, TV licence).
Bills:
£30-40 per month for Gas/Electricity
£12.50 for Broadband
