Double bedroom with fitted mirror wardrobes and lots of storage space in an extremely central location (numerous shops, supermarkets etc within a 5 min walk). The flat has a great view of Salisbury Crags so is a very short walk to Holyrood Park. It is located on a very quiet street, esp given central location. I'm a 29 (female) and am looking for a fellow young professional to share with. It's a 2-bedroom maisonette, located on the top (2nd) floor, with a separate kitchen and living room. I have an en-suite so rarely use the main bathroom (which has a full sized bath and shower).

The flat is very well equiped and has central heating, double-glazing, wireless broadband etc. The kitchen includes a washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, large range cooker with gas hobs & fan oven. There is also a shared drying room to hang clothes outside if you prefer. This can also be used to store bikes. To enter the flat you walk along a shared balcony that acts as a nice suntrap in the evenings (on the few occasions we are graced with nice weather!). There is also a small shared garden in front of the flat.

All bills are included in price (rent is £350, the rest is your share of council tax, internet, gas, electric, line rental, phone, tv etc). Parking permit required Mon-Fri 08: 30 to 17: 30 - this is free for residents. There are always plenty of spaces. Please email to arrange viewing. The flat is available from 6th April.
