If you are responsible, non smoking and easy to get along with then this is for you. Looking for a male flatmate with a good sense of humour to share with one other in a great central, clean and well furnished flat. This is definitely not a party flat and a harmonious atmosphere is essential. There's a sitting room, recently refurbished tiled kitchen and large shower room, two bedrooms (1 for rent). Lots of storage space. Dishwasher, fridge freezer washing machine/drier, Virgin broadband, entryphone. The room for rent has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden floor with rug. It's an internal room - no window but a ventilated louvre one into hallway. The building, including communal stairway, is maintained by a private management company. The flat itself is also cleaned once a week.(Not your personal room as this is your own responsibility) Excellent bus service outside to all parts of Edinburgh and outside areas. Princes Street is a 5 min walk from the apartment. The Omni Centre is 2 mins away with cinema, restaurants and Virgin Active Gym. On street parking in Windsor Street (round the corner)and on the main London Road is cheapest in the city and it's free on Saturdays and Sundays. Can apply for Residents' Permit. Rent is £325 plus bills of £60 per person per month +Council Tax of approx £70. Deposit of £325 and good references required please. Must like cats as one friendly but big wimp of a cat lives quietly in the flat (Big plus as there are no rats or mice living here too!)
