New details, Previous entry date&price were wrong!

Apologies if anyone is reading this again! The site had used my previous details and wouldn't amend for some reason! To clarify, the room will be available in December, from the 14th, is £300 deposit and £370 rent :)

Howdy!

I have large double room to let out as my current flatmate is moving in with her man (how dare she!). It's furnished, looks a bit different from the photos as I've redecorated most of the house-for the better I hope! There's fibre optic broadband, playstation, telly, array of DVD's and books you're welcome to! A computer in the study you're also welcome to use if needed.

I'm fairly relaxed and apparently easy to live with. I like a glass of red vino now and then-I am half Italian so it's pretty much in my DNA! I've got a cat, so the person must be an animal lover as occasionally may have to feed or lock him in. He also rules the house pretty much.

I'm at the gym most nights but also like to kick back with a boxset and pizza.

I'm a 2 minute drive from Granton/Stockbridge/Ainslie Park and Inverleith so pretty good central location and quite close to Inverleith park if you like a walk.

At the moment we do an 'all in' set amount for bills each month and this includes: Council tax; gas, electricity, internet, tv license, washing powder, milk, teabags, soap, all cleaning products/utensils, toilet paper, kitchen roll and a few other things I'm probably forgetting! This comes out to around £110pm so in total it is £480pm.
