Double room in beautifully refurbished flat

Hello,

I have a room in my flat available to rent immediately (all bills included in rent). The flat is in a great location - 15 minutes walk from the bus station and train station, and 20 minutes walk from Princes St. It's also really accessible to good bus routes from Elm Row, connecting to most parts of town.

The flat itself has been recently refurbished to a really high standard. It has two double bedrooms (I will be living in one), a really nice bathroom with separate bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and nice big living/dining room.

I am looking for a like-minded young professional to move in to the second double bedroom at the beginning of January. I work fairly long hours with my job so am out all day during the week, but like to relax and catch up with friends in the evenings and at the weekends.
