Lovely bright bedrooms in ground floor house located in the central Edinburgh. Princes Street is only a 10/15 minute walk away and there is a wide range of amenities, not to mention Arthur Seats or Holyrood.

Only one minute's walk to the Queen's Hall, five minutes' walk to the Edinburgh Festival Theater, etc. Prince Street, Royal Mile and Edinburgh castle are 10-15 minutes' walk. The bus stop is one minute's walk and there is 17 bus routes in this bus stop, which access to different part of the city easily. Tesco and Sainsbury are five minutes' walk.
