Uphall Station is in "West Lothian", 15 Miles from Edinburgh City Centre, 17 mins by train and 30 by car.
Within walking distance there are several shops, take-a-way's and a Pub/Pool Hall and the train station is 3 mins walk.
Livingston Shopping Centre is about
3 1/2 miles with several supermarkets, retail parks and McArthur Glen designer outlet.

The House
is an old cottage but extended and has 5 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, lounge, Virgin Media TV & Wi-Fi.
Off street parking & double garage available, ideal for storing bikes etc.
Massive back Garden. (we have a Gardener!)

Rent
is £90pw payable Callander monthly in advance, £390pcm and covers "ALL" bills: gas/electric, council tax, TV & WiFi, Weekly Cleaner & Gardener.

Existing housemates
are 3 very friendly working professionals in 30s/40s and Non smokers.

Housemates Wanted
Looking for 1 single male or female 25 to 65, working who intends being here for 3+ months, the longer the better, mature, responsible, relaxed & easy going with a sense of humour.

Other info -
We have 2 cats at the property, no dogs and sometimes several mice (but they don't stay long)
A cleaner comes every Friday morning and does the bathrooms, Kitchen and public rooms (landlord pays for this).
