Double room to rent-share with only one person

I have a double room to rent in a clean and tidy 3 bed house. near Kings Heath Park.

Located in a quiet and safe residential area, 10 minutes walk to the bus number 50 & 35 to Birmingham city centre. It's take only 10 minutes drive to M42 which link to M5, M6 & M40.

The room comes with a good quality bed, good size wardrobe, a desk and beautiful carpet. We share the bathroom (shower) and large kitchen with seating area. I will provide a fridge and a microwave for your private use. There is no shared living room but its large and comfortable enough.

Note. The rent of £ 485 per month is for someone working 5 days in the office. If you are working from home, there will be a slight premium for electricity and water usage.

I am looking for a female, tidy, organised, with good manners to share the house with. Would suit quiet working professional who does office hours.

I am a property accountant in my fifties. I moved here from Thailand 20 years ago, in Birmingham since 2017. I am fairly quiet - like to cook and talk to my family inThailand and Australia and have good friends here. I am a hospitable person - enjoy living in a very clean house, so looking for someone who is similar.
