Looking for a 1 bed flat or a small houseshare

Hello,
I’m looking for a one-bed flat, or a small house share, preferably a modern apartment with parking available, and will be happy to pay more for any place that has additional amenities, like a gym on-site.
I work during the week and will be around on some weekends.
I will be available to move in July end-early August.
I prefer tidy spaces and don’t smoke.

I may occasionally have a friend/ family member over for a weekend, but will always be open to having a discussion and provide advance notice for the same (will be happy if this can be reciprocated). Essentially I'm looking for a home for the next year, and if you have something similar in mind, please message me :)
I would ideally prefer to share with females of any age.
