Looking for a single or double bedroom in Glasgow

I’m a newly qualified Diagnostic Radiographer who starts at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow on 10/06/2024.

Recently, I have ended a 10.5 year long relationship and as such I have decided that I would like to move out of the long term flat that I have been living in since 2017 in Edinburgh, and relocate to Glasgow.

I am clean and tidy, have good hygiene and get on well with others, although I am mildly introverted at times, so do like to have my own space when required and would also give you as much space as you'd like.

Ideally I would like a double bedroom that is furnished and has good storage space, although I am flexible on this! My budget is up to £800 inclusive of rent and bills. I am not too fussed about location but it would need to be accessible to the hospital, or commutable within 30 minutes.

My hobbies are walking, cycling, going out for dinner, listening to music, reading, watching things on Netflix and socialising with friends. I am fairly skilled with DIY things like decorating, painting, building furniture, fixing things to walls etc etc.

I am also LGBT friendly, and would like to enter a friendly flat share where we can all get to know each other/ get along/ hang out/ do our fair share in terms of keeping the space clean and tidy.

In terms of income stability, the job I’m starting is permanent and has a decent salary so I will therefore have no problems with paying rent or bills etc.

I love a wee iced coffee, sharing a bottle of wine occasionally or wee night out although not a riotous party animal and pretty chill, go with the flow kind of guy.
