I am a professional male aged 30. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 01/06/2024 for at most 9 months and have a budget of £600pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I am a potdoc of Edinburgh University came from China. I am a tidy, quiet and kind man. Most of my time will spend at university or the office even the weekends. Maybe I may work very late at night, like 11:00 to 12:00. But since I am a mathemactician, I wont make a lot of noise at home. I am indeed a smoker, but I never smoke at home, I respect everyone's concern about their own health.
