Looking for Flat/Flatmates in Brighton

Having worked for two years following university I am now returning to brighton to begin a new career as a secondary teacher. I’ll be doing a PGCE course and working in two different schools from September 2024 - August 2025 with the plan to stay in the area afterwards! Looking for a flatmate or a group to join. I’m easy-going, enjoy my own space, like to exercise in the gym and into my running. I also love football, supporting Watford where I am originally from. I do have a girlfriend (of four years) who would occasionally visit although she currently works abroad. I tidy whats mine and I’m not particularly loud but always up for the occasional beer when in a group situation! Please let me know if there is anything that could be of interest.
