Looking to rent a room or a 2 bed Apt with someone

Hi all,

I’m looking to move up to Preston/Blackpool area for work in July of this year and I was wondering if there is anyone else in the same/similar boat. I am hoping for a flat share with one other individual preferably in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. My budget will vary based on whether I live in Blackpool or Preston.

A bit about me, I’m a 25 year old male who’s into football, cars, gym and just standard things. I’d say I’m a relatively normal being who doesn’t drink or smoke as I’m Muslim and would prefer if the individual I’m living with to be similar but I’m not too concerned as long as there is mutual respect between us too. Ideally looking for someone chill, clean, respectful, somewhat private but can also have a chat and a laugh.

I’ll be at work most of the day, so you’ll only see my around the house in the evenings and possibly weekends (I do go back down south to where I’m from quite often on the weekends). I’ll prefer someone who also works a 9-5 in person but if you wfh that’s no issue.

I can do the hard part regarding searching for a flat, signing up and whatever. We would definitely speak over the phone before progressing just so we can get to know each other more etc. Please get in touch if this interest you
