Looking For Flat/House Mates For September Start

Hi,

I am going to be starting college in Nottingham in September and am looking to share with 1 or 2 other people in a privately rented flat or house.
I am ok with most things as long as people are respectful of boundaries and clean up after themselves or help out with household chores.
Ideally I'd prefer if people don't smoke because I have bad lungs but I don't mind if it's done outside or out a window, definitely not any drugs though because it smells horrible.
I'm ok with you drinking alcohol as long as it isn't too often or messy, or even inviting a few friends around as well.
I am a transgender male, it's not really important but I know some people are funny with that which is why I'm including it.
I don't really go out unless necessary right now but I am looking to take my cat out on walks because she has a lot of energy and I think she'd enjoy it and to make a good healthy habit, I also don't mind going places with you if you wanted company, I am a slow walker though so be warned. 😂
I have a female cat named Jia who is absolutely adorable and basically loves everyone, I'm not sure how she is with other cats, I don't think she'd do well with dogs as I currently live with my mum who has 4 dogs and I've tried introducing them but she gets spooked very easily by them, and I do have a cat teddy that she also gets spooked by which is really funny but I'm not sure how well it shows she'd get on with a proper cat, I'd be happy to try introduce her if you have a pet though and see if it works out because that'd be really cool, probably not pets like rats, fish, degus, guinea pigs and small animals as we don't want accidents.. 😅😆😁
I will be attending Nottingham College doing an access to higher education games design course so it'd be cool if you're doing something similar or are interested in that sort of stuff or going to the college as well but it's obviously not necessary.
I am happy to cook for or with you if that's what is wanted or separately as well if you don't want to, as well as other indoor activities like movies nights, game nights etc.
It would be better if the property is closer to the train station but I don't mind travelling up to 40 minutes on public transport.
I'd also prefer if the place comes with a washing machine and fridge already as those are pretty expensive.
