Looking for flat share

Hello, my name is Angus, I’m looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom flat with in Brighton or the surrounding area. I’m very chilled out about most stuff, I’m a clean guy, very quiet and respectful of anyone I live with. I work as a freelance writer/researcher for YouTubers, writing about true crime, engineering projects, things like that.
At the moment I’m looking to move out of my current flat and into a new two bedroom. I already have a few flats that would make a good choice, which I’d be happy to send over. Most places in Brighton don’t allow you to move into a two bed if you don’t have your flat mate already decided. Fortunately I can move out of my current place whenever I want and I have a spare room which we could use as a stop over if the dates of finding a new place don’t perfectly align.
