Professional and cat looking for flat or buddy up

Hi there I'm single and live by myself, with my lovely cat Buttons. I've lived in my current flat for 10 years and have suddenly been told to move out. Looking for a studio, or 1-bedroom, or someone nice to share a 2-bed with (which may be ideal, given rent prices!). I'm a professional graphic designer.

I'd prefer to live in Caversham, but am keeping my mind open. I have friends of all ages so I don't mind how old you are, all depends on the person.

Buttons has been an indoor cat (busy roads near me) but would consider letting her out if it's a quieter neighbourhood. (I think she likes dogs but not cats) She's super cute.

I have furniture and a living room TV, kitchen wares, dyson, etc etc. I can also get rid of unnecessary furniture.

I don't mind paying a larger share if the rooms are different sizes.
