Looking for a flat/room accessible to Hackney downs/central. Would appreciate a nice kitchen, my own bathroom and a balcony but understand not all those things are necessarily possible. I’m clean, respectful and helpful and due to work, often have the opposite timetable to most people, which is good for having our own space etc.
