46 year old, gay professional

Hi. As the title says, i’m a 46 year old gay male, looking for a double room in and around East London. I work full-time as a lecturer in Stratford, so somewhere a short bike ride or few stops on public transport would be great. Although I work full-time, I work from home around 2-3 days per week, therefore would ideally like to set up a desk in the room. If you also wfh please be reassured I would work from the room and not be wondering around the shared space throughout the day. I don’t get all summer off either like some people think... just 3 weeks this year over summer! :) .
A typical day for me... I like to go swimming or to the gym before work. After work I enjoy quiet time to digest the day, but equally happy to have a nice catch up/general conversation. I respect the balance of being social and appreciating privacy with flat mates. If wfh I like to go for a walk to get some air. Weekends - getting out in the fresh air, exploring London, seeing friends. Obviously, this isn’t everything about me and finding the right flat mate is an important undertaking, so feel free to ask any questions.
