Double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat in the west end of Dundee. The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, double bed and a desk. Flat is situated on the Perth road with bus links to ninewells hospital and city centre. On street parking is available too.

The flat contains a large kitchen with dining area, large south facing sitting room, bathroom with shower and bath, and two small storage cupboards.

I am a young professional who is quiet, easy going and clean. I am looking for a flatmate who is similar.

Bills are paid monthly and are dependant on usage, usually between £50-80 a month. Council tax is band D and is £100 a month each.
