Looking for someone/couple who need a short-term stay in Bath for any starting dates between 29th May - 22nd August.

The agreed stay must end on the 22nd August.
This is a tenancy takeover and therefore, all processes will be handled by established estate agents.

Prices:

Total per 22nd of each month = 586 (rent) + 118 (bills) = £704
Total per day before 22nd = 19.53 (rent) + 3.93 (bills) = £23.46

Where the dates of agreed stay are not of a full month, e. g 2 months and 3 days:

Total cost = (£704 x no. months) + (£23.46 x no. days)

No council tax if you are a student.

It is a 5-bedroom house, where you will be paying for a double queen sized bedroom with walk-in wardrobe.

Highly likely that the house will be completely empty since it is the end of the academic year. So you basically have the entire 5-bed house to yourself. (It is honestly such a steal if you ask me).

However this is not guaranteed as other flatmates (3 girls, aged 19-20) may be there occasionally at their own discretion.

- Another bathroom upstairs with bathtub and shower is reserved for flatmates upstairs but if they are not in, you are free to use this
