Room to rent in a great location in Cambridge

I am a 30 yo female professional who is planning to sublet the second room in my flat. It is smaller of the two with a wardrobe, table, chair, chest of drawers and a single bed. However the single bed can be pulled out to a King Size bed if needed.

I am taking a career break and will be away most ofnthe next 3 months. Inned some one to water the plants and renting out for extra income.

There is a lovely living area and fully equipped kitchen that you will have access to and can use. The toilet is shared and has a shower in it.

Unfortunately there will not be any storage places available apart from the room itself.

Most suitable for people who work in Cambridge and using this as a second place to stay but I welcome enquiries from all who thinks it will be a suitable flat for them.
Unfortunately No parties, No smoking No pets. I keep the place very clean and tidy so if this is not you please don't get in touch :) You will also be requested to look after my plants when ever I am away.
