Double close to busway and lakes

My housemate of two years is going home to Germany so I’m looking for someone considerate and warm to join our vibrant household.

The room has a small double bed, a bamboo clothes rail and drawers, also there’s under bed storage. I will replace the mattress new for the new lodger.

You would share a bathroom with me (queer she/they, 35) I’ve just re-tiled it with these gorgeous pink tiles. I own the house and I enjoy going to the gym, walks around the lakes and mooching around charity shops on a a lazy Sunday. I also have a micro camper that I like to get away in on the weekends. The third room in the house is occupied by another female, also a student, she has an en suite room.

There is a plant filled shared lounge, I am a phd research student and work in the lounge 2-3 days a week and tend to work in cafes and libraries some days.

The house is six min walk from Longstanton bus garage with regular links to st Ives and Huntingdon one way and Cambridge the other (indicated YELLOW) on the aerial photograph.

I cycle into town down the busway, it takes me about half an hour

There is parking for one vehicle available with this room.

The house is three minutes walk from the Northstowe Waterpark (indicated GREEN) and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Unity Lake with incredible wildlife such as deer and rare bird species. The lakes form a great 5k walk that loops back to the house and the sunsets are stunning.

The room is available for single occupancy only in couples, no children, no pets. Available 20 May
