Hi, I'm Ryan and have my spare room open for rent from May 15th onwards when my current housemate moves out (to live with their partner).
I am a university lecturer and consultant. Often out for working hours and playing sport on the weekends, with a large interest in being physically active. Looking for a fellow professional who is easy-going, enjoys their food and can get along with and pop down to the pub with on occasion.

£800pcm which is all bills included, to leave you with piece of mind and consistency of outgoings.
Bedroom will not be fully furnished though can be if needed (pictures show current housemates furniture which they will be taking with them). Happy for you to decorate how you wish and put things into/on the walls etc. Make it your own space and how you like it.
