There is a large breakfast bar with stylish stools by way of an eating area and a washing machine and separate dryer so guests can be completely self-sufficient during their stay.

Guests can relax in our Social Area which offers a large super comfortable corner sofa along with a 60” HD TV with all Sky Channels, Netflix and Prime – all to help our guests to relax and feel at home. Electronic Dartboard fitted just incase TV is not your thing. Accessed from the lounge is a door leading out into the large landscaped garden which provides a seating area and large storage shed for securing bikes and BBQ

We have also invested in a fast & free Virgin 350Mb Broadband Wifi system so guests can stay in touch with the world 24/7. Virgin TV Box also provided for further enjoyment.

Professional cleaning of the 'communal' areas and shared Shower Room is carried out on a weekly basis.
