There is a Spacious communal area to unwind watching a 50 inch flat screen tv on the sofa, or the choice of the large dining table for dinners and discussions. An amazing space to kick back after a long day at work.

There are four private rooms which are nicely spaced apart for privacy. One tenant per room only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cups and glasses, a fridge, microwave, washing machine and a cooker. There is an iron under the sink and an ironing board in the kitchen. A maiden to dry clothes is also provided.

The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and sink. Bleach is left in the bathroom and strict instructions given for each tenant to wipe down the bathroom after use ready for the next person. We also have a fortnightly cleaner.

Please note the communal area, kitchen and bathroom are shared with other tenants.

The heating is on a timer set from 6:30am-10am and 4:30pm-10:30 pm at 21 degrees. There is also a thermostat in the communal area where you have the option to boost the heating when required.
