Double room in beautiful terraced house

I am an architect living in a beautiful Georgian house on a beautiful terrace in Falmouth.
I have three first floor double rooms available from 1s Sept 2024. Friendly quiet non smoking house, fantastic location within Falmouth. Not a party house but easy going and peaceful.
References required and references for me can be given by current lodgers.
No shared living room but there is a music room with piano and wood stove, plus a kitchen and spacious breakfast room for socialising. I am only around a couple of nights a week but when I am there will be a friendly little working golden retriever with me!
Room costs include wifi and council tax, but exclude utility bills of water gas and electric that will be split between us all so shouldn't come to more than £100
