Double room with private bathroom

We live in a four bedroom house just off the beach in Portreath. The room that is available is a double with its own private bathroom with bathtub.

We are a sociable house and regularly go down to the beach together and enjoy the occasional house BBQ on the balcony.

2 of us work in health care and the other is an agricultural surveyor. Our rotas are all really different so the house tends to be quiet on week days.

The room doesn't currently have a bed as our housemate is currently using her own one and it will move with her, so if you do have your own bed then great! If not, I'll talk to the letting agency and see what they can organise.

We have a big garage where we store our surfboards and kayaks, it has loads of space to store whatever you need. There is on street parking right outside the house but as there are only 2 spaces and 4 of us sometimes we have to park up the hill a bit. But parking is never a struggle.
