This morden end-link house has two very good sized upstairs double bedrooms(fully furnished with brand-new double divan bed, desk and chair, wardrobe) and a large downstairs double bedroom, a downstairs toliet and upstairs family bathroom.
In the kitchen you can find a microwave, toaster and kettle, a gas cooker, an electrical baking oven, a washing machine and large free-standing fridge & freezer, plus some cutlery and utensils. There is a bar table and a TV in the kitchen as well.

The house is 2 min. walk to bus stop, and a short bus ride to/from Durham. It takes 8-10 minutes to get to the university (bus stop: Durham New Inn).

The rental is £420 for university students, professionals would share £30 council tax. The rent may increase according to the increased electricity and gas bills with one month notice.
