The Home
Our home is a 4 bedroom detached on a new build estate. Located on a quiet private Cul-De-Sac. Out the front we have a beautiful view over a small grassland area. The garden & patio enjoys the sunshine (when it is out) until late in the evening. Plenty of space for parking. We are located close to the M1 & Bolsover town centre is a 15 minute walk away.

Your Room
You will have your own double room & own bathroom with shower & storage. Fully furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside table, TV. Plenty of storage space including the loft if required. The room has a large window with great views over the fields. All bills are included, we have 5G fibre broadband.

About Us
We are a female professional couple, aged 39. We have 3 housecats who mean the world to us, so it is important that you like cats. We are both vegan and are keen to keep our home meat free. We enjoy the quiet life & do not party, after work we just enjoy relaxing in our home & watching TV or playing on Xbox. We do not smoke and very rarely drink. We are looking for a housemate similar to our lifestyle. We are happy to cook, chat & chill with our housemate.
We would prefer someone who does not work from home, however this can be discussed.
