• This lovely fresh and newly decorated room is bright, clean, and comfortable, on the second (top) floor of this 3-storey house. You will need to be OK with the stairs.
• It has a standard double bed (135 cm) and a personal wash basin.

• Photo ID and references are required for all tenants as standard. All housemates will be fully referenced and checked to ensure they are a good fit for the house.
• For this room, prospective tenants will also be asked to prove their salary is at least £20,000 and will require a good credit history.
• Each tenant is given an individual tenancy agreement (Assured Short-hold Tenancy)
