We’re a chill and friendly student house looking for someone to replace our current housemate who is leaving at the end of our tenancy (July 4th). We are situated on Mafeking Road, near Lewes Road and only a couple minutes walk to Aldi, Sainsburies and Lewes road bus garage. The bedroom is a very decent size and comes with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. Rent is £650 a month, bills £80 and deposit £650. Our letting agency also requires a £140 holding deposit, however this will be taken off the first months rent. Any questions feel free to ask :)
