Short term Single Room

Single Bedroom

The room only suitable for a short term let of a couple of weeks, month at the most. It is a good sized single room on the first floor. Very limited storage place in the bedroom and kitchen. We are a relaxed and quiet household, in Hanover, a popular area of Brighton. Pubs, small shops, cafes, park, 15 minutes walk from the sea, the town centre and the station. Plenty of buses if the hill is too much.

The room has a single bed, desk, chair, small wardrobe and chest of drawers

The house is comfortable, clean and homely but I am pretty untidy. I also sometimes have my grandchildren to stay.

This is a calm, quiet environment and we do like the house to be quiet after 10pm.

I have two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bath, both with toilets to avoid the morning scrum.

I have a washing machine, provide bedding and towels and have adaptors, hair drier, and other things to borrow ... just ask.

You will have limited access to the kitchen. I can provide tea, milk, bread, etc.
