We are looking for 1 MORE STUDENT (either a upcoming 2nd year or 3rd year student) to live with us starting in October 2024. The house is 7 St. Paul's Road GL50 4EP, it's right next to town centre so you'll be close to the cinema, pubs, restaurants and so on, and it's a 30 minute walk to Park Campus and a 5-10 minute walk to the other campuses in Cheltenham (Francis Close Hall and Hardwick).
The room that is available is Room 5, which is the basement room and is seen in the images below.
The rent can also be paid in either monthly payments or termly payments depending if you're a student.
