(Only bedroom no. 3 is available.) Current house mate is due to move out end of June. The biggest room of the house, being decorated this week, cleaned carpet and comprises of new ikea bedroom furniture.

Cleaning of just the shared bathroom is rota based. Would be sharing with 2x other males, who are very, very hygienically clean people.

Ground floor has large kitchen/Dining room with French doors leading to lawned garden, patio and outside lockable storage.
Kitchen has the usual white goods, Gas double oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2x upright fridge freezers.

Ideally looking for mature, clean, tidy male. Wont use the term professionals, just as long as your working and can afford rent. ( No home workers) My home is a peaceful and quiet environment. There is no stress here. Positive vibes only...
Sharing with myself and 2 other Polish males, we all work a variety of shifts and are all house proud.
House is located in Popley, Basingstoke, although its more nearer Chineham.
Chineham shopping centre 5min drive.
2min walk to bus stops with direct routes to town/hospital.
2min walk local shop, cash point and Chinese takeaway.
Popley playing fields across the road, followed by Basing wood and the Parklands ideal for biking/Walking.
