Top floor 1-bedroom flat available starting September for £1300, but can be rented out as a room from July 1st 2024 for £700 until I vacate.

I'm looking for either a professional couple or an individual who prioritises cleanliness, tidiness, and respects noise levels, and particularly those who predominantly work outside the home.

The flat comprises a kitchen, bedroom, living room, and shared bathroom.

There is an elderly gentleman who lives in the flat below. Hes very laid back, likes to have a chat but mostly keeps himself to himself.

I'm a sociable and cheerful individual who enjoys the occasional chat, shared meals, and social gatherings, but also respects personal space and downtime. I lead an active lifestyle, prioritising healthy eating, gym sessions, recreational activities, study and travel during my free time. I'm looking for like-minded individuals who share similar interests.

The flat is simply decorated, clean, tidy, and fully furnished with fast Wi-Fi. A parking space is available on the drive and free parking on the road outside. Situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with green spaces nearby, it offers a peaceful living environment.

Bills are shared each month in addition to rent, currently set at £100, subject to seasonal review.

Conveniently located, it's a 10-minute walk to Elstree and Borehamwood station, and approximately 20-25 minutes from St. Pancras Kings Cross. Access to major roads like the M1, M25, A41, and A5 is convenient. Additionally, there's a local gym within a 10-minute walk and various amenities nearby.
