Spacious flat, available for short and long term let from August (flexible). Excellent location, 10 minute walk to Kelvinbridge & St George’s Cross Subway, Charing Cross station and multiple bus routes along Sauchiehall Street and Woodlands Road.

Bright room available for a female professional, ideally, as council tax is included in bills. Furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, feel free to make it more homely. You will have your own bathroom, although not en-suite. The flat has a large kitchen, dining and living area with a separate snug. Top floor position with nice views across Glasgow and access to residents garden. Private off-street parking (first come first serve basis) and there is plenty on street parking with permit available.

Looking to share with a someone who is tidy and respectful. Someone who appreciates chilled evenings and weekends. I enjoy meals out, especially in all the lovely places around Glasgow, and enjoy cooking at home with nice wine or cocktails. Weekend walks with brunch are always a winner! There is a Reformer Pilates studio nearby and multiple gyms. I’m very content in my own company and understand if you’d like to keep yourself to yourself but it would be nice to welcome someone with similar interests.
