The property is located on a quiet, residential street but is just a minute walk away from the bus stop and train station, and ten minutes to several bars and restaurants. It also has a handy Tesco Express two min walk, and number of cosy local pubs within a 10 – 15-minute walk away.

The Property

I use the University Gym pool/sauna facilities daily so the bathroom would be only used by the Tennant.
The huge open plan kitchen / diner on the ground floor makes this the heart of the house, with a built-in breakfast bar and stools included, as well as space for a dining table and chairs. The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Property is shared with Live in Landlord and partner who also has her own property. We are both based in the Office Mon-Friday and spend a lot of our spare time in the local gym (Leicester University) 10 mins away. The house is therefore unoccupied for 70% of the time.
