Double room in Balham

Hi!

We have a small double room in Balham for £800pcm plus bills (around £150) which includes a cleaner.
The room consists of a double ottoman bed, triple wardrobe and built in storage area.
Huge living room area, 2 desks to wfh available downstairs and a separate kitchen. There is one communal bathroom and one additional downstairs toilet. Large communal garden and outside storage area.
I am a live in landlord and recently renovated the flat. We are two professional girls, who both work from the office every day and are often at the gym or socialising in the evening. We are looking for a fun and chill 3rd housemate to join us.
