Double Room in New Apartment, Battersea

Hello!

We have recently moved into a brand-new build apartment, in the beautifully redeveloped Battersea area, and have a spacious double bedroom available for a fun and chilled individual. Great transport links, within a 3 min walk of an underground station (Zone 1), on the Northern line. Available to move in from June 2024.

The room is spacious and comes furnished (with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and standing mirror). There is also plenty of space for a vanity table or desk (which I am happy to provide). With all the plus qualities of being brand new, it is also on the 12th floor and comes with great views of the city from the bedroom and the apartment balcony.

Within a very short walk to the beautiful Battersea Power Station, with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and also the lovely Battersea Park.

We like to keep our apartment clean and tidy and have a regular cleaner to help us with this. We’re a sociable couple, enjoy going out, but also have busy working lives so enjoy chilling just as much. Although we don’t have any pets ourselves, we do welcome owners of super cute/handsome dogs (sorry cat owners, allergies). LGBTQ+ friendly.

All bills are included (including the cleaner to avoid any doubt).
