Room available in central Brixton, June - November

Double bedroom in a 2 bed flat central brixton available while I'm travelling from the start of June to the start of November - ideally the tenant would stay for the full period, although shorter stays will be considered. There may also be some flexibility on the end date. Flat is on a quiet side street but very close to the heart of Brixton, located 5 min walk from Brixton tube station and 10 min walk from Stockwell. The flat is split over 2 levels and has a large shared living space and private balcony on the top floor. The other flatmate is a 26yo professional male working in finance. Bills not included, expected to be about £150 a month.
