Lovely double room in Herne Hill with own bathroom

About the house:

The house is an upstairs flat in a semi-detached house on a green and quiet street in Herne Hill. There is one bedroom available with its own dedicated WC and shower room (not en-suite). The room is furnished. The landlord will redecorate the room before you move in.

All three bedrooms are on a different level so the house feels nice and spacious. At the front of the house there is a large, south facing kitchen, living, dining room which gets plenty of light. There is bike storage available in the gated alley to the side of the house. Bills are usually around £100-150 each per month. This is based on the winter months so we hope it will come down a bit now.

About the area:

The house is a short walk away from the great pubs, cafes and breweries of Herne Hill, where there is also a nice Sunday market. Only five minutes walk to Brockwell Park, a huge park with views of the city and a lido.

There are good bus links to the Victoria Line in Brixton, as well as trains from Tulse Hill and Herne Hill that can get you to Blackfriars and Victoria in less than 15 minutes.

About us:

You will move in with current flatmates Veronica and Stefan. We are both in our 30s and have lived in the house for a few years now. We like to hang out, cook together and watch a movie, but also respect each other's space. We are looking for someone easygoing, respectful and tidy who will treat this like a home and help us keep this a friendly and chill place for everyone. LGBTQI friendly is a must. Bonus if you're into plants!

Room avaliable from mid June. Deposit is £467. We are planning to do viewings over the next 2 weeks so send a message if you're interested and we will set up a time to meet you.
