The apartments are student apartments called Chapter Lewisham and you need to swipe your card in the lobby to get in, very secure. There is a free breakfast in the lobby on the first floor, and the apartment also has its own 24-hour gym, free of charge 🆓! You can go there at any time, the gym door across the door is the laundry room, you need to download the app, very convenient.

Room Facilities
The room type is three single bedrooms and a communal kitchen with two bathrooms. It is located on the 6th floor. Out of one of the rooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave (oven) and refrigerator. Any facilities in the room can be found at the front desk of the apartment as long as they are not intentionally damaged. The living room and toilet are cleaned every month by a special person.

Rent & Duration
The rent is £300, including bill, from now until 2024.8.23. You need to fill in the apartment contract and show your passport and school confirmation letter. Rent is payable in full.

There are buses 47 and 225 right in front of the apartment. It is very convenient to walk to Lewisham station of DLR in 5 minutes! There are also bus stops nearby such as 199.
University of greenwich is 16 minutes away.

There is a nail salon and hairdresser across the road from the apartment, ASDA is 1 minute walk away, Sainsbury's is one street over, Lewisham shopping center is a 10 minute walk away, Lloyds Bank, Primark, M&S, HM etc are all nearby.
There are also many takeaways, KFC can be delivered in 10 minutes.
