Double ensuite in quiet area available for summer

I have a double ensuite room available in my attractive 2nd floor flat overlooking leafy Water of Leith in Chesser. Its available from late May to end of August. There is free parking, undercover secure bike storage, a 24 hour Asda in 5 mins walk and its close to main bus routes into town (including the night bus route).

The flat has a large single social area, with a spacious open plan kitchen, a living room with two leather sofas and TV system looking out over woodlands, and a dining area.

I will only be in the flat occasionally, so you will mostly have the whole property to yourself. I would prefer to let it to one person or couple for the whole period, but one month is the minimum stay.

I'm a 4th year civil engineering student at Heriot Watt Uni, and will be working in the city centre over the summer. I play shinty, enjoy the outdoors and cooking, and am a friendly bloke!

The flat is council tax band D - and if you are not a student you would be liable for the council tax, it is not included in the rent.
