Double bedroom fully furnished with private bathroom and private living area. Bedroom contains a wardrobe, double bed, a study desk, and a garden view. Lodger will have their own private bathroom with a rainfall shower, as well as a private living space with a large couch, television, and front-facing window. Garden will have outdoor furniture for communal use in the summer, and receives a lot of sunlight throughout the day. Kitchen is brand-new, as is the rest of the house (just over one year old) and pots, pans, and dishes can be supplied if needed.

The house will be shared with male professional (29), who is the live in landlord, and a female student (22). There will also be a small dog (Pomeranian-Chihuahua) living in the house. She is very friendly and quiet, and loves attention. Looking to share with another professional, preferably someone who works in-office or hybrid (minimal working from home).

Bedroom is in a four bedroom house with three bathrooms, one of them being adjacent to the kitchen for shared use. Located in the Gilmerton area, a very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors, just a 3 minute walk from the nearest bus to town. Also a 5 minute walk from a Coop and a 5 minute bus ride to the nearest Aldi and Morrison’s, and a 30 minute bus ride to New Town (near St. James) serviced by bus services 3, 29, X29, and X40 running 24 hours.
