Great Premier Ensuite in Edinburgh Centre

We are looking for someone to take over my accommodation contrast from mid May till 23th, August. We accept anyone who is willing to stay for more than 10 weeks. You can renew it for the next academic year afterwards. You will have very friendly roommates (two males and two females, all enthusiastic students!) and a location that is almost in the centre of Edinburgh! Concert halls, bars, cinemas, everything you could want is around. Ideally we are looking for students, but as long as you have a spirit of youth it will be fine.

You will not need to share your bathroom with anyone else, and this accommodation is just perfect for students who want to live close to their schools. (5min walk to ECA, 15 min walk to Bristo Square, and 30min to Kings Building by bus). The rent is 25% cheaper than the official price, inclusive of bills, superfast internet (there is no council tax), and many more other great stuffs.
