Includes all the essentials, TV, washing machine- dryer, fridge freezer, phone, gas central heating, broadband. Private residential parking space is also available.

The flat is in an excellent location, about 15 min walk from Princes St and 1 min walk from bus stop with routes to city centre, Morningside, the Gyle, Haymarket, Leith (Lothian bus routes 22, 11, 16, 25, 12, 10, 7, 14, 49). There are plenty of shops (including a Co-Op less than 1 mins walk), cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep and the Omni centre which has a cinema and gym is less than a 10 min walk away.

Rent is £375pcm excluding bills which generally amount to £130 per month.

The flat is shared with one other person, I am tidy, friendly and easy going and would love to find someone similar to share this great flat with me.
