Single room in quiet area in Gilmerton, 2minutes from the bypass & straiton retail park (by car). It’s a 10 minute walk to amenities, doctors, chemist, lidl & takeaway shops. Ideal for someone with transport. I’m a male & work in the Scottish Parliament. Enjoy working, the gym, socialising with family/friends & going to the football.

I have 2 cats ‘Hodge & Podge’’ who will pester you for attention when they get to know you. (Bring treats)😉

Room comes with a smart tv/firestick & an echo dot, although you’l have to have your own Netflix account to benefit from it.

The room is available as soon as the current tenant gets the ok for a move.

Your own transport would be ideal if commuting frequently.
