Looking for a short let tenant to stay in my two bedroom flat in Leith, along with me.
The room for rent is a pleasant, recently decorated double bedroom with double bed, drawers/dressing table, clothes hanging rail, and original Victorian mantlepiece with tasteful imitation stove fire.
The flat has a dishwasher, central heating, good shower, new washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and high speed internet connection. There is a large shared dining kitchen with dining table seating 4-6 and a very comfortable sofa.
Great area with plenty of bars and restaurants near by. It's around a 20-25 minute walk into East end of town. Buses run all through the night and every few minutes during the day.
£450 per month for rent and all bills included.
