I have a spare room in my house available which would suit someone looking for a quiet and professional living space, especially for anyone moving to the city without furniture and whilst continuing to look for their longer term accommodation. I have a six year old bulldog who is friendly and a bit bossy. He loves attention so confidence with dogs is a must!. The property is in a quiet area but is a 2 minute walk to major bus routes into city centre. There are good connections to Edinburgh University and Kings Buildings and the Royal Infirmary are both within walking distance.. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions or enquiries. Council Tax Band D (long term stays -this is included in bills)

The property is my home and I will be living there alongside any lodgers.

Only lodgers with a legal right to rent in the UK will be considered.

£225 per week (if staying for under 1 month) or £800 per month. Max stay 12 months.
